Terms and Conditions for PMU, Facials & Lash Extensions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Nina Beauty&Brows Studio (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client (“you” or “your”). By booking an appointment and receiving services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Eligibility for Services

• You must be at least 18 years old for PMU services and at least 16 years old for facials and lash extensions (with parental consent for minors).     
• Pregnancy & Breastfeeding Policy:     
• Pregnant clients can receive PMU services with a doctor’s note confirming it is safe.     
• Breastfeeding clients can receive PMU services but should consult their doctor first.     
• Facials and lash extensions are generally safe for pregnant and breastfeeding clients, but certain treatments (such as chemical peels or strong active ingredients) may not be suitable.    
• All clients must complete a consent form before any procedure.     
• If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities, you must disclose this before booking.     
• We reserve the right to refuse service if you are not a suitable candidate for the requested procedure.

Booking & Deposits     

• A non-refundable deposit  is required to secure an appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost.     
• Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.     
• The remaining balance is due on the day of service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling  

• You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.     
• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.     
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit your deposit

Refund & Satisfaction Policy 

• All services are non-refundable.     
• We strive for client satisfaction and offer a complimentary PMU touch-up within 4-6 weeks of the initial procedure (if applicable).     
• Additional touch-ups or corrections may require additional fees.     
• If you experience an allergic reaction to lash extensions, you must notify us within 24 hours, and we will provide a free removal. However, we are not responsible for allergic reactions, as all clients must disclose allergies before the service.

PMU Risks & Liability

• PMU is a semi-permanent procedure, and results vary based on skin type, aftercare, and individual healing.     
• We are not responsible for undesired results due to failure to follow aftercare instructions.     
• We do not guarantee how pigment will heal or its longevity.     
• You release Nina Beauty&Brows studio from any liability related to allergic reactions, dissatisfaction, or complications arising from the procedure.

Lash Extensions Policies     

• Lash refill appointments must be booked within 3 weeks. After this period, a full set may be required.     
• Clients must arrive with clean lashes. Lash baths are available for an additional fee if lashes are dirty.     
• If you have less than 40% lashes remaining per eye, it will be considered a full set.     
• We do not perform lash fills over another technician’s work unless approved during a consultation.

Facial Treatment Policies     

• Please arrive with no makeup for facial treatments. If makeup removal is required, it will cut into your appointment time.     
• Some treatments may cause mild redness, peeling, or purging. This is a normal skin reaction.     
• We recommend following your customized skincare plan for the best results.     
• We are not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed skin conditions or allergies.

Aftercare & Follow-Ups     

• You will receive detailed aftercare instructions for PMU, facials, and lash extensions. Failure to follow these instructions may affect your results.     
• PMU touch-ups must be scheduled within the recommended timeframe to avoid additional fees.     
• If you experience any concerns post-treatment, contact us immediately.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding Policy (Expanded)     

PMU Services:     

• Pregnant clients must provide a doctor’s note confirming they can safely undergo PMU.     
• Breastfeeding clients may receive PMU but should consult with their doctor first.     
• Facials & Lash Extensions:     
• Most facials and lash extensions are safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding.     
• Certain chemical peels, strong active ingredients, and lash adhesives with strong fumes may not be suitable for pregnant clients.    
• Clients should inform their technician if they are pregnant or nursing so we can adjust treatments accordingly.

Photography & Marketing Consent     

• We may take before-and-after photos for documentation and marketing purposes.     
• By signing our consent form, you agree to allow us to use these images unless you request otherwise in writing.

Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy     

• Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late may have to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited.     
• No-shows will forfeit their deposit

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or by request.

Agreement By booking an appointment
